Eritrea research paper published
The Secretariat published today a noteworthy research paper by a Euclid MSD student from the Government of Eritrea MOU program. A further dossier (in French) on desertification in the Central African Republic will be published in November.
IOSD and Eritrea sign educational and developmental partnership MOU
The Secretariat-General announced today that Secretary-General Syed Zahid Ali of IOSD and H.E. Osman Mohammed Saleh, Minister of Education (outgoing, incoming Minister of Foreign Affairs) have approved the standard multilateral Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to Eritrea's participation in the IOSD partnership.
Several employees of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs are already taking advantages of special educational programs.
